It is recommended to register as a user for purchase of products from our store. As a user, you can check history of past purchase for a faster checkout in future.
If you have forgotten your password to access your account, you can obtain a new password by clicking "Forget Your Password". Unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve your old password due to security reason.
You can contact us through the contact us page or send us an email with the details of the item you are requesting for, we will try our best to source and make an offer to you.
Orders
For overseas customer, we will need to work out the shipping charges on a case by case basis due to variance of the weight & dimension. Kindly contact us via our email enquiry(at)omselectric.com.sg with the products you would like to purchase and we will progress from there.
It takes 1-2 working days to process and ship your order. For local delivery, our usual delivery time is within 2-3 business days depending on the destination.
You can re-order the items you purchased previously when logged into your user account. Order history can be retrieved for new purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll receive another email when your order ships.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover etc.), debit cards, and popular payment methods around the world.
Singapore Dollars (SGD). If the transaction was charged in a currency different from the currency of your card account, the foreign currency transaction fee would be applicable for the transaction instead.
